Adult Supported Living Setting Cambridge, MN The RSI Cambridge home is located about 45 miles north of the Twin Cities on the outskirts of Cambridge, MN. The Cambridge program is a split level home with two bedrooms and a bathroom on each floor. The home is not accessible and use of stairs is required for all individuals living at the residence. This opening is best suited for a woman as the current individuals receiving and providing services at the location are women in their 30s-50s.

There are several parks and walking/biking paths near the home, as well as a community garden and a variety of restaurants and retail stores.

Adult Supported Living Setting Duluth, MN RSI’s Midway home is located in the lower Piedmont neighborhood of Duluth. Men and women in their 50s-60s are currently being supported at this location, and RSI is able to support individuals with physical and developmental disabilities as well as mental illness in this setting. The home features a finished basement and a large patio outside. The upper level is accessible, including one of the two bathrooms. The support team at this location have experience in caring for people with support needs due to mental illness, individuals with seizure disorders, and individuals with medical support needs.
Adult Supported Living Setting Duluth, MN RSI’s Skyline home is located in the lower Piedmont area in Duluth and currently serves adult women in their 50s and 60s who have mental health support needs. The home is a split level with two bedrooms on each floor with a large yard and has a warm and friendly atmosphere. It is located near a shopping district and has access to the bus line. It is not wheelchair accessible. The program specializes in supporting individuals with mental health diagnoses, and caregivers at this location have been trained extensively in a variety of mental health disorders and the challenges that accompany them. The people currently living at the Skyline home are very active in their community both vocationally and recreationally.
Adult Supported Living Setting Hibbing, MN RSI’s Meadow home is located in on the west side of Hibbing, MN. The single level four-bedroom home is fully accessible with a large private yard. The Meadow program currently supports women in their 50s and 60s who receive support for mental health diagnoses, physical disabilities, and medical needs. This home is designed for individuals whose physical status is changing due to their aging or progression of a disability, or who are too young to be in a nursing home and want to live in the community. The caregivers at this location have specialized training and experience in supporting individuals with complex medical needs and behavioral support needs.
Youth Supported Living Setting Mora, MN RSI’s Jewell program is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood in Mora, MN and is currently home to girls ages 9-15. This program provides support to girls with physical and developmental disabilities, and/or mental health diagnoses. RSI Jewell is a spacious 4-bedroom, split-level home with two bedrooms, a bathroom and a living area on each floor, as well as a fenced-in backyard for play. The home also features plenty of space for children to explore their individual sensory and large motor needs. It is currently not wheelchair accessible. The program is located less than 5 minutes away from shopping, restaurants, and the FirstLight Hospital. There are also plenty of schools, parks, and the Mora Library located nearby.
Adult Supported Living Setting Princeton, MN RSI’s adult CRS program in Princeton, MN is located in a quiet neighborhood near Civic Center Park and is currently home to adult men and women in their 50s and 60s with support needs due to mental illness and intellectual disabilities. The individuals at this program enjoy a variety of activities in and out of the home including musical interests, shopping, and outdoor recreation like visiting local parks, attending community activities, and walks in the neighborhood. The program is not wheelchair accessible as it requires the use of stairs for entry, but does have an accessible shower. The team of staff at the Princeton home have extensive training and experience working with individuals with a range of mental health diagnoses, intellectual disabilities, and supports for elderly individuals.
Adult Supported Living Setting Mora, MN RSI’s Nord adult Community Residential Setting is located on the northern outskirts of Mora, MN. The Nord program is currently home to women in their 60s with support needs due to intellectual and physical disabilities. This quiet rural setting features a large older updated two-story farmhouse with a spacious yard and several outbuildings. The home itself has many accessibility features, with the bedrooms all located on the main level, although our current opening is not fully accessible for wheelchair users. The team of caregivers at RSI Nord have extensive experience and training in meeting the support needs of individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, and dementia.
Adult Supported Living Setting Sandstone, MN Located in a quiet neighborhood in Sandstone, MN, RSI’s Division program is fully accessible and currently has residential openings for adult men or women. The home is within walking distance of downtown Sandstone, and is a short drive from Banning State Park, Robinson Quarry Park, Robinson’s Ice Caves, and Big Spring Falls. The Division program is currently home to men and women in their 50s and 60s with medical and behavioral support needs, and the caregivers at this location receive training in nonviolent crisis techniques, therapeutic boundaries, and Person-Centered Thinking, Hoyer lifts and transfers, use of feeding tubes, and diabetes care in order to meet the support needs of the people living at the home.
Adult Supported Living Setting Taylors Falls, MN RSI’s Taylors Falls Adult CRS program supports men ranging in age from their 30s-50s and is located approximately one mile from downtown Taylors Falls, MN on the St. Croix river. The home is a rambler and is not fully accessible due to steps leading to the front door. There are four bedrooms located on the main floor, with bathrooms located on both the main and lower floors. The individuals currently receiving services at Taylors Falls have a variety of interests including video games, bonfires, and football. The caregivers at this location have training and experience in supporting individuals with mental health disorders, substance use disorder, and intellectual disabilities. Taylors Falls has asleep overnight staff.
Adult Supported Living Setting Virginia, MN RSI’s Willow adult CRS setting is located in an active neighborhood in Virginia, MN near the mall area. The ranch-style home features four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, two decks, and a large corner-lot yard. The home is not fully accessible as the use of stairs is required at the entry. The current open bedroom is located on the lower level of the home. The Willow program is currently home to men in their 60s & 70s and would be best suited for a man. Staff at the Willow program have extensive experience supporting individuals with care needs related to mental illness and dual diagnoses.
Adult Supported Living Setting Virginia, MN The RSI Bailey’s home is located in Virginia, MN and currently supports men ranging in age from their mid 50s-70s. The main level of the spacious two-story home includes a living space, kitchen, office, and restroom. Individuals living at the Bailey’s home must be able to use stairs as all four bedrooms are located on the second floor, with laundry facilities on the basement level. The home is within walking distance of both Silver Lake and Bailey Lake which feature paved walking trails. The individuals currently being supported at Bailey’s enjoy a variety of interests, including walks in the community, local sporting events, volunteer opportunities, music, fishing, and tending to the home’s vegetable garden. The staff at Bailey’s have received extensive training in supporting individuals with mental health diagnoses, chemical dependency supports, nonviolent crisis techniques, therapeutic boundaries, and person-centered thinking.
Adult Supported Living Setting Virginia, MN Our Silver Lake home is located in Virginia, MN approximately 65 miles north of Duluth. Silver Lake is a large, three-story, Victorian-Style home with beautiful natural woodwork and large spacious rooms. The home also features a fenced backyard with a deck/sitting area. Access to the home and the bedrooms require the use of stairs. There are many local businesses within walking distance as well as a beautiful park within a block of the home. The Silver Lake program currently serves men in their 30s-50s living with mental health diagnoses, developmental disabilities, brain injury and related conditions and is best suited for a man based on the preferences of the individuals currently being supported at the program.
In-Home Adult, Children, and Family Supports Minnesota RSI’s In-Home Program offers a variety of supports to individuals who are residing in independent settings such as their own homes, apartments, Board and Lodging Homes, Assisted Living Apartments, public housing, and other private living settings. The program supports men, women, and youth.

These supports are directed toward empowering individuals to remain living independently in their own homes as long as possible. RSI services are very broad in location and service delivery including Northern and Southern St. Louis County, Carlton County, and Lake County. Currently established programs located in Cambridge, Wyoming, Moose Lake, Cloquet, Carlton, Duluth, Virginia, and Cook. Open to referrals in additional areas.
